Open Banking API

PSD2, which came into force in January 2018, regulates payment services and payment service providers throughout Europe. The goal is to allow third parties to access client data (Upon approval) to provide value-added payments and banking services.

Under the implementation process, BCI propose its open Application Programming Interface (APIs) to third-party providers (TPPs) for testing and integration.

How to get started on test environment?

The RestFul API exposed by BCI is mostly based on the Berlin Group NextGenPSD2 Implementation guidelines. To get started, you must prepare the following assets:

This certificate will be used to register on the current system, download documentation or contact support. To guarantee that only allowed participants can get access to the documentation and the system, we accept only registration with an official production certificate.
